Conduct and organise basic data resources construction of S&T policies, S&T talentsand relevant major research fields; promote open and sharing of S&T big data in theCAST system; construct a big data infrastructure, big data life-cycle management platform and display of data; promote the application research on key generictechnologies and core algorithms of big data in major special projects.
