High-caliber S&T professionals play a pivotal role in the current campaign of innovation-driven development. Associations for science and technology at various levels are able to coordinate various organizations to jointly provide standardized living services for high-end talent. By this means they add to the level of general comfort, helping S&T personnel to be actively involved in innovation and even S&T start-ups. Since September 2015, the Hubei Liaison Service Center for Academicians and Experts has coordinated various organizations in forming a social life service system for high-end S&T talent. This article highlights its experience in this regard.
